I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! the location is absolutely perfect. Situated in the heart of the old town, it's just a short stroll away from all the main attractions. Plus, the hotel is perched on a slope paved with cobblestones, offering picturesque views over the rooftops to the hills beyond. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. The owner, Anahid, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, providing helpful recommendations and directions. She even prepared delicious breakfasts each morning. Lastly, the rooms were fantastic. Clean, comfortable, and equipped with great views of the surrounding area, they made my stay even more memorable.
Honestly, there's nothing I can fault about this hotel. All was perfect!

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room that had all the necessary amenities, including tea, coffee, and a small fridge. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the famous bridge, and the staff, especially our host Anahid, treated us like family. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, giving us tips on where to eat and showing us around the city. We even enjoyed a tour of the palace and a jazz concert with her. Anahid's warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable.
The breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

This hotel is perfect for a weekend stay in the historic area of the city. The location is ideal, surrounded by traditional homes and streets. The rooms have all the necessary amenities such as a hot water pot, instant coffee and tea, and delicious muffins. the bathroom has a strong water force on the shower, making it very comfortable. But the best part of our stay was the owner/hostess. She was very helpful, making reservations for us and providing recommendations on where to eat.
The room was small, so we had to take turns walking to the bathroom, but it was manageable. The breakfast was very light, only consisting of freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, and homemade yogurt, so if you want a more filling breakfast.
